Shannon Rosales, RN has been a jack of all trades. She started her career off as a manager of multiple hair salons in the KC metro area, then as a Real Estate Broker for her own Real Estate firm. Finally, she found her calling as a nurse getting her education at KCKCC and MNU.

 

She brings to Novus LifeCare 25 years of management and financial expertise, as well as 12 years of clinical nursing experience. Being born and raised in Wyandotte County she has lived her entire life in the KC metropolitan area. 

 

She got into nursing to do what she is passionate about, giving back to the community that gave to her. Shannon is a member of the Nurses Honor Guard of Kansas City. She oversees the operations of Novus LifeCare Home Health and Novus LifeCare Hospice on both sides of the state line. She is here to ensure that every patient gets treated like family.

Shannon in her free time enjoys spending time with her husband, kids & grandkids, traveling to the lake to visit her dad, and rooting for her favorite Chief Tyrann Mathieu.
