Kristen RN, BSN graduated from Pittsburg State University. She fell in love with nursing from volunteering in St. John's Hospital in Springfield MO (now Mercy) and working as a home health CNA throughout high school and college.

 

She started her RN career at Mercy Hospital in Joplin MO on the Oncology/Renal/Med-Surg floor for a couple of years. Kristen found Joplin to be too small for her big dreams and moved to Kansas City to start a career at Novus Lifecare as an RN Case Manager in 2019.

 

Kristen is now the DOCS of Novus LIfecare and continues to work in the field as needed, train new employees, and oversee all clinical staff and patient care.

 

Kristen enjoys going to her childhood home in the Ozarks and being outside to relax. When Kristen isn't in the field or office, she spends time with her two dogs, parrot, and husband preparing for the little one they have on the way.
