Jennifer, Office Manager, entered the field of Home Health Care in 2019 as a file clerk; she soon became Intake Coordinator and then Office Manager.

 

She oversees the Patient Services Specialist who is also the DME Coordinator, the Insurance Coordinator, and the Intake department.

 

Although she was a teacher and daycare owner for the first 27 years of her work life, healthcare has always been an interest of hers. The administrative experience she has, along with her compassion to help others has helped her succeed with Novus Lifecare, a company in which patient care is of utmost importance.

 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three grown children, Golden Retriever, and extended family, especially watching sports; she loves KU!
