Crystal Crane began her career as a Respiratory Therapist in 2002. She would go on to get a bachelor's degree in Health Science with a focus in management. In 2019 She would go on to get her nursing degree.

Crystal wanted to get into Respiratory Therapy after reading about what they do in a newspaper article as a child. A few years before she became a nurse her dad became sick and it was then that she wanted to become a nurse.  She knew that with her Respiratory therapy experience she would be able to help people even more as a nurse. Her goal is to ensure every patient is treated like her dad.

Crystal joined Novus LifeCare and quickly realized that it was the place for her. Before becoming the Administrator she led the clinical training program for all new clinical staff.

Crystal has two amazing sons whom she adores Brandon - 21 and Seth - 15. She loves to spend time with her boyfriend Tom and her two dogs Eddie and Lily.  She enjoys cooking, going to happy hours, and rooting for the Chiefs!
